Lakeview Cabins Policies

 
Check in and check out:
-check in time is 2 p.m. or later, check out is 10 a.m.
 
Cancellation Policy:
-A 25% deposit is required for weekly rentals.  July, August & Holidays (our busiest season) deposit is Non-Refundable within 30 days unless we are able to re-rent.   You may re-book within the calendar year and deposit will be honored toward revised reservation.  Off season, May,June,Sept. Oct (excluding Holidays) a 7 day notice is required and deposit will be refunded.
 
Parking:
-2 vehicles are permitted to park next to the cabin.  Boats & trailers are to be parked by boat launch in designated area.  We do have docks available, please let us know if you will be bringing a boat.  Please note docks will only accommodate up to 18 ft.
 
Guests:
-Your guests are our guests-please have them sign in at office.  The number of guests per cabin is limited, an additional charge may occur.  No overnight guests unless previously arranged.
 
Firewood:
-There is a shared fire pit at the water front.  We provide a daily allotment of firewood (weather permitting) for a nighttime fire.  If you desire you may purchase extra wood and use the fire pit when wanted.
 
Boats:
-There is a paddleboat, rowboat & canoe for our registered guests to use.  An agreement is required to be read & signed before boats are used, at time of check in.
 
Swimming and Raft:
-Please enjoy the beach & swimming facilities, including the raft, but there is NO Lifeguard on Duty and all activities are at your own Risk.  Children must be attended by a responsible adult.
 
Additional Policies:
-Sorry, we do not accept pets
-No smoking inside the cabins-thank you
