Check In & Out

Check in: 3:00 p.m Check out: 10:00 a.m. ( please be prompt we need the time to prepare for our next guests).

Bedding

Bedding is included - linens/ 2 pillows and blanket/quilt.

Towels

We do not provide towel. Please bring your own towels.

No Smoking

No Smoking allowed inside of cabins.

Cancellation Policy

We do not refund for early departures. 14 day cancellation notice in May/June/Sept/Oct. We will refund your deposit minus a $35 processing fee. 60 day cancellation notice in July/August. We will refund deposits if we are able to re-rent your entire reservation minus processing fee.

Deposit

$150 deposit is required at reservation time. Checks-( 30 day advancement) cash or credit cards accepted. We can send an invoice right to your email for credit card payments which is easy, safe and secure. Balance to be paid at check in. Thank you.

Additional Guests

A reservation is for a set number of guests. If more than the permitted number of people arrive, you may be asked to leave (without a refund) or a fee assessed.

If you are having day-time visitors, please let us know ahead of time. (A limited amount of guests apply). They will need to be checked in prior to coming. Our boats are for registered guest use only. Please remind your visitors pets are not permitted. Visitors are asked to leave by 8 p.m.

Cleaning Fees

We do not charge cleaning fees, you are expected to leave your cabin/kitchen as you found it. We have been very lucky as most people have been very respectful and we thank you! However, if your cabin/kitchen has not been picked up (dishes washed/put away, tables/counters cleaned off/ trash picked up) a $150 cleaning charge will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking & Boat Launch

2 vehicles are permitted to park next to the cabin. Boats & trailers are to be parked by the lake in our designated area by the boat launch. We do have docks available, please let us know if you will be bringing a boat. Please note docks will only accommodate up to 18 ft. boats.

Kitchens

Kitchens are equipped with stove/oven, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Dish soap/cloth. Please note: Dishes/pots/pans are Not for use on Charcoal grills! Please bring your own for this use. We thank you for leaving your kitchen as you found it. As the cabins are short term rentals we ask you refrain from using strong pungent spices for cooking that may leave long lasting odors in the cabins that cannot be removed even after we have thoroughly cleaned it. We apologize for any inconvenience but we strive to have the cabins clean and fresh for new arrivals. Extra cleaning fees may apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Beach & Boats

There is a peddle-boat, rowboat & canoe for our registered guests to use (at the guest's own risk). An agreement is required to be read & signed before boats are used, at time of check in. Life Jackets must be worn and are available.

NO Lifeguard on Duty
Please enjoy the beach & swimming facilities, including the raft, but all activities are at your own Risk.
Children must be attended by a responsible adult.

Firewood

There is a fire pit at the water front. We have bundles of wood available for purchase.
